Some parts of CA might be OK for a new grower to get started. It's too late for the record books but Brody can still have fun growing the biggest porch pumpkin in his neighborhood.

The usual protocol is to mail out a SASBP (self addressed stamped bubble-pack envelope) & the recipient will return it with seeds.
