The Iceman did a 772 x 810 Dill cross that he was telling me about in September. Sounds like about as good a cross for orange as one could make.

673 Lawrence (423 Gerhardt X self) X 1689 Jutras that was a dark orange pumpkin. The 423 was a (603 Muller X sib) I believe.

The 1059.6 Vincent Mcgill is 993 x 904 Stelts. The pollinating plant grew our 1339.5 +9%. Not sure how the colour will continue in the next generation, but it definatly fits the big and orange criteria.

Doug,

Check out the 735 Veader-Hahn (2009). The cross is:
F: 1191.5 Northrup (2007)
X
M: 730 Dill (2006)

The pumpkin went 19% heavy to the chart.

There is a picture in the "Photo Gallery". Click on Farmer Chuck. It is "the pretty one" second from the end.

my 923 gerhardt 09 is 434 gerhardt (1230 daletas x 603.5 muller) x 603.5. pics in my diary. my other 434 this year produced a 1027 est before i lost it on only a 12 x 24 foot plant. the 603.5 pollinator was grown for carvers and produced 2 over 100, 2 over 200, and a perfect 350lb red pumpkin on a 400sq foot plant. eastparkrider@yahoo.com for seeds.
