Question for you all I'm curious to know if your seeds, specifically the 1068 Wallace, 1161 Rodonnis, and the 1725 Harp, were pollinated by multiple males, or were they pollinated by a single male, Also if you could remember where the male or males came from.
I just used these 3 because they have a track record, we could add the 1421 Stelts etc,
trying to see if there is a pattern
Thanks

ill answer for ron. we never really paid much attention to the location on the plant that we took the males from. mostly because males are sometimes limited and so we take from any vine on the plant. taking from the main vine as you suggested could have its merits though.i never really thought about it until reading your poat.
we always use multiple males (usually two or three) as long as they are available. we have had successfull pollinations with one at times as well.
i do believe that keeping the females and males covered the night before, plus one day after pollination, is more important then amount or location of male pollinators

Yes it would be 1725 Harp x multiple. Each seed would have one or the other as a pollinator. (1725 Harp x 1161 Rodonis) or (1725 Harp x 1068 Wallace).
