I'm partial to the 1622 Young. Can almost guarantee it will go heavy to chart. 1596 or 1468.5 as pollinator.

That's seven, Curt!!! You'll have to cross the 1468.5 with the 1622, or the 1288 with the 1561!! That keeps his patch at six! What do I know??? I ain't growed one yet,LOL!!! BSD, David

1725 Harp 1662.5 Stelts 1622 Young 1468.5 Stevens
Have made the cut so far. Still have to decide on the last 2. But I have narrowed it down to.
1658 Young 1596 Wallace 1288 Wallace
I think I will use the 1468.5 to pollinate everything.. unless I see something in the plants to change my mind. Hopefully they all germinate!
I'm also growing a 7th seed.. my 673 Gonsoulin dmg (275 VanHook x 566.5 VanHook) This pumpkin was only 36 days old when weighed and pollinated with the plant that grew my 36% heavy 828.
Thanks for the input so far and more is always welcome!

Brodie, your lineup to pick from is power packed. Id base your final cut on shape, color, dill rings?,stem splits?.They all have big potential

If it was my line up I would start the seven you have it narrowed down to. You never know if one wont germinate or you need a back up. Its always nice to have an extra if you need it.

Bake + salt.
Drink it all down with a coke.
;p
I don't think you can go wrong with any of those. They all look like excellent seeds to plant.
If I had the room for it I would likely use the 1725 Pollen in the females on all the plants main pumpkin.
Later in the season I would start putting fruit on secondary vines, and making all sorts of other various crosses, likely flipping coins to decide. I'd keem em all numbered, but those extra lil pumpkins at the end of the season I would think could have some really good genetics too.

Having back-up plants ready can't hurt, you loose time if you have germination problems.
