Dave Stelts lost one on the 1596 that would have tapped better that his big one, I lost one on the 1634 that was very special and would have given the Wallace freak a run for it's money if they both would have made it to the end. I'm planting them both I wouldn't want to choose.

can't beat that, heard from quinn himself, Thanks! I'm leaning towards the 1634, better color and I'm impressed with the 1723 it grew in Alaska

If memory serves correct, I believe Don Van Huette had a monster going on the 1634 and lost it to a soft spot near the stem. Pretty sure he said it was the 1634. Sorry this post is late but just saw it. Maybe one of the Michigan guys can verify. I believe it was a big'n.
