i have a question regarding this cross, the mother is listed as the 1278 goetze, however looking at list of kins on bp all i can find is a 1268 goetze (1288 wallace x 1495 stelts). Is 1278 a typo or is bp listing as 1268 an error or is this a different seed all together?

joe, the 1268 goetze 11 is (1288 wallace x 1495 stelts)
the 1278 goetze 11 is (1548 marsh x 1288 wallace)
not sure if its a typo, will let pap chime in to be sure .

thanks scott found the info on the 1278. looks like you are right. From following genes back looks like a little 1495 might be just the thing to add this year :)

The 1278 goetze is 50% 1385 jutras,25% 1161 rodonis and 25%1207 young.I like it!!!

Yes, the 1278 is the mother of the 1623.
