This is the only seed that hasn't germed yet. Which is odd because it is a thin white seed and they usually go the fastest. Is this seed hard to germinate?

I started this seed and had no problem. Make sure its not too wet, barely damp. Good Luck

You have a dud I bet. I had no issues with its parent (1059) or an offspring (840 Young). Should be up in a couple given the seed type.
