I think there was an issue with some of these(1468.5) being sterile or fruit aborting or something to that effect

the above is a link to a past discussion on this seed

Happy New Year! I selfed the 922 Mohr 11 in 2012, and I wanted to produce three fruits on a single plant, but only one fruit was not aborted the hole season. 922 = 1468.5 x 1725 Harp 09 (a selfed 1385.5 Jutras 07) In 2014 I selfed the Singleton-line of the again selfed 1385.5, and this year I will combine these lines with the selfed mother 1468.5 and the two times selfed 1468.5 pollinated by my two times selfed 1385.5. Then I have two times the influence of a 1385.5 inbred line onto the very interesting 1468.5, and then the 1468.5 genetics will be saved and fertile.

I did grew the 1468.5 Stevens but only managed to get one small fruit. Not seed fault but that year I had no luck with severals diseases.

That seed was grown by many good growers first year out. There was some bad luck, but there were probably in the range of 10 sterile plants. My 1481 was a real nice pumpkin on a plant that was under very severe disease pressure. For some reason nobody got a real big one on the 1468. It was heavily planted only one year and that's if you consider heavily planted about 75 seeds max.
The seed that we've had some real good success with the 1468 in the background is the 1476 Hopkins. That's been awesome and now we have 1476 x 2328. Can't wait to try that one.
