I really want to cross a 2009 with a 1625 gatner. What do other people suggest? I want to make the best 2009 cross :)

You might try crossing with the 1392carlson/Peterson. Bringing in a way over the chart 1625g with 50% 2009 to stabilize the 2009 traits.

Tough call. Depends on how many plants you have room for. I would grow a few 1392s or 1965s, keep the plants small, pollinate all with the 2009, and keep seeds from the best fruit.

As for pollinating your 2009 Wallace I would stick with something proven... 1625 FTW.

I would love to see a 2009 x 1161 cross. Don't know if there are any 1161's left but best of old with best of now seems cool.

2009 Wallace X 2145 McMullen you get the best of both worlds. The 2145 has the 1625 as its pollinator and the 1756 for very big shells plus the 2145 seed has grown the new world record and tends to go pretty heavy over the charts. If this cross was made and it hit look out!
