Hello can you guys recommend some reading material on giant pumpkins in either book form or web-sites to go to. I would like to learn as much as possible. I had some deficiencies last year and would like to see what I can do to make for a bigger pumpkin.

tjsna, you have already found the best site for knowledge about growin Atlantic Giant Pumpkins! There are some books available, but asking here will hopefully get immediate results. Books will not respond to you when you ask questions? Find the proper board, and ask questions. Don't believe everything you read, but make a relationship or two that you trust, and go from there!! Peace, Wayne

These links would be a good start for you.

Mark Clementz also has a how-to series on Youtube that is excellent. Ron Wallace's 2016 diary is a great help as well.http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryView.asp?season=2016&grower=22075&action=L

I think the patch guide from the St. Croix growers is a nice place to start.
