I am growing this seed in a test field. The Fruit itself was light colored....had pink and greens mixed in, but wasnt too squashy. THey looked like heavy too. I would think they would produce very light colored fruit. THrough personal experience, an orange tarp (used for shading fruit) seems to help keep the green out of the fruit...most of it anyways.

I'm growing the 730 Stellpflug...but did consider the 240 however, good choice.
