The females on my 1230 are green as grass. Does this plant throw greenies? How about the 1016?

upon second thought, post a pic of it, because some fruit have green stripes, and turn yellow a few days after pollination, and then orange at maturity.

My 1230 females are pretty green when they first appear but then turn light yellow with green stripes a few days before they open. I pollinated one at 10 feet 2 days ago and it's now solid yellow. Sounds like Tom knows his plants!

My 307 did the same and is gradually coming out of it...at the green-to-yellow-with-stripes stage now.

Females on my 2003 845 Bobier were also totally green at pea size, then they turned yellow with green stripes and at pollination time they were all yellow. When the fruit grew it was also yellow until about day 60. Then it began turning green again and at weighoff time it was just as green as a true squash again.

Dan carlson had a greenie off the 1230. It wasnt a "true" squash, but it was a squash by weighoff time.

After another day of growth and very close examination it looks like there might be green stripes...just lots of them and very close together...looks pretty green to me. In all other ways thst appears to be a 1230 (it had flat vines and came in a 1230 Daletas coin envelope).

I grew the 1230 Daletas last year and ended up with a 933. This fruit was a beautiful shape and 80% orange at harvest. Several weeks after harvest it was 80% green...

Fruit started as yellow/cream - no green stripes, it turned orange normally and then turned green see:
