I'm interested in breeding AG's and want to start with seeds from as pure a line as possible. Any comments on what proven line seed(s) have been the least "crossed up"?

i THINK the 935 Lloyd has a reputation for being a really pure seed, and anything from the SELFED or SIBBED 935 Lloyd are probably even moreso...however, a 935 Lloyd is quite impossible to get if they even exist. 716 Miller, though, is a 935 selfed. look for one of those in particular. the 706.5 Willemse is also a purer-than-usual seed. eric

Hmmm...any idea on how or who I could contact someone to obtain one of the 716 Miller or 706.5 Willemse seeds you mentioned?

Mr. Seedless makes sense about wanting to work with a pure line.

Thanks for that information Pumpkinpal2, I am kind of new to this hobby and I don't know any expert growers. Can you tell me where to find the kind of seeds you talked about? Or where I can get some good seeds that might be more common? I don't mind paying for them because I don't have anything good to trade for them yet.

Paying for seeds will allways sweeten the pot! Slip a twenty to a heavy hitter in a SASBP and you will recieve more than you can grow!
