Embroidered hats are a bit expensive but very do-able, I can offer them without a doubt.

I ordered embroidered hats for our club a few years ago. What irked me was they're made in Sri Lanka or some other poop hole. The same guy who did the embroidery also makes then entire caps in Derby, CT if he has enough lead time.

The embroidery is done in the good ole USA!
I think that we can do the Hats for $11.50, but I may be wrong.
