i could e mail test ,i mostly need to adjust between potassium 203 ppm & magnesium 232 ppm & calcium 1974 ppm, also nitrogen 22 ppm & organic matter is 3.1 %

... humm ... I see no one has answered you ... so I'll take a shot at it ...

Add more organic matter ! shoot for greater than 10%. then for a higher number after that.
the potassium (K), Magnesium (Mg) and Calcium (Ca) look good to me.
your Ca/Mg ratio is basically 5 ... which some would say it low ... I have heard growers says they like a ratio or 7 and 9.
You can add Ca buy adding:
Gypsum
Chelated Ca products - such as Calcium choride or Calcium
Monos... something or other ! sorry I can't think of it right now ...
