With a pH of 6.87, I don't think the AL will be a problem. I may be mistaken, but I believe aluminum only becomes troublesome at lower pH levels, in the range of 5 and lower. At higher pH levels, aluminum is not soluble and therefore not available to plants.

I am guessing that the numbers given are percentages. Each component would have to be converted to ppm (a simple movement of a decimal point) then viewed for abnormally high levels. When I get home, I may have time to do it over the weekend.
