Has anybody used this cover crop from Peacful Valley Farm Supply? And if so, were you pleased? I am considering it for a cover crop this year. It contains the following:

40% Bell Beans, 20% Magnus or BioMaster Winter Peas, 15% Lana Vetch, 15% Purple Vetch, 10% Cayuse Oats

I did an 80% purple vetch and 20% mustard (for color) and ordered from them. They are also quite knowledgeable as to what to plant. You may want to call them. Also, hopefully Doc will chime in as I think this is right up his ally.

Looks like super stuff to me. Wish I had the weather conditions that permitted using a blend like that for a cover crop. We had a hard killing frost the last three nights. All of the above would have hardly gotten started here and then be killed by the frost.

If you can grow that blend by all means do so. It's great.

Thank you gentlemen! Will give it a shot this year
