I'm going to be fumigating my patch with Basamid as a last resort to get rid of Fusarium. What would be the best way to renew beneficial soil micro-organisms by next spring or next planting date.

Look at alternatives. Can you grow in a different area for a few years?

don't like the fact you kill the soil then have to start over again.

My opinion, the fumigation kills beneficial soil micro too.

You want to create living soil. Not kill it over and over again.

Brew and apply lots of compost tea all the time. You will eventually re-invigorate your soil. The best way to battle bad micros is to fill the ecological niche with a web of life that does not give the bad guys a space to thrive.
