hi all - i am new to this and trying to figure out how to ammend my soil after getting my soil test back. any and all advice will be appreciated! here it goes...

would non Ph-adjusted sphagnum peat moss add to organic matter?

daisyjo, I'm no expert at this but since nobody has responded I'll tell you what little I know and what I've learned from other growers here.
Your OM should be up around 8.0. Not going to happen overnight. This is something you will have to build on a couple seasons probably. Aged manure and compost is best bet.
Your phosphorous should be up around 300. The addition of manure and compost will help this.
Potassium and magnesium seems basically ok even though a bit high.
Your calcium level is a little low. Should be up around 3000 to 3200. Approximately 80 to 100 pounds of gypsum should help that.
Your pH may be a little high by some growers standards but I don't think it's all that bad.
Your c.e.c. isn't all that bad. Some recommend 23 but 18.3 is ok I think.
What are your base saturation numbers?
Like I said, I'm still learning all about this stuff but I think what I said here is pretty close. Hope it helps.
