I went to Walmarts the other day and went outside to there outdoor section. I bought 20 bags of Scott's organic fertilizer that is made out of feather meal, bone and meat meal for $3.00 a bag. The lady said they mark summer stuff down at this time of year to just get rid of it. Regular price was $19.95 a bag.
