I'm needing to break up some tough soil. I used some gypsum before this past season with good results. Can you put to much gypsum on your soil and what will happen if you do.

in my opinion as long as your mag levels are in the right ratio with your calcium levels, than go crazy on the gypsum. i do. by crazy i mean 120 lbs per 650 sq ft planting spot.
