OM = 8.4% ph = 6.0 Buffer ph = 6.4 Phosphorus = 7 ppm Potassium = 237 ppm Calcium = 1010 ppm Magnesium = 104 ppm Boron = .3 ppm Manganese = 4.8 ppm zinc = 16.5 ppm copper = .4 ppm iron = 21.9 ppm Nitrogen NO3-N = 16 ppm CEC = 13.2
Base Saturations %: K = 4.7% MG = 6.6 Ca = 38.9
extractable aluminum = 65 ppm soluble salts = 0.24 ds/M
Recommends- 20lbs of lime per 100 sq/ft Patch is 2500sq/ft and 1/4 lb of N and 1/4 lb of Phos per 100 sq/ft
Anyone have better recommendations or are they right?

no sand mostly loam, very little sand and virtually no clay. i took the test before the addition of 20 yards of manure and 10-12 yards of leaves

I would think that 500#'s is high amount of lime to be adding to 2500 sq ft starting at 6.0
I suggest go for 100#'s of high-cal lime (pelletized) this fall tilled in. Add 100lbs of gypsum after tilling (it percolates) retest early spring when the leaves and manure have had a chance to do their magic, report back then with the results
