Not an expert but I've had a similar result before in an addition to my patch. Raise your calcium with something not high in magnesium, try using calcium carbonate. This should help distribute your percentages. I'd say the k is very high for that large of a cec %. I had a lot of issues with blowouts and splitting pumpkins last year due to similar levels. I was told to add sand to even this problem out. Hopefully some more knowledgable members will post. Just trying to give you some quick advice.

Hopefully the lab gives you some guidelines such a very high,high,adequate,low ,very low on the nutrients. A cec of 38 is great.Make sure your not low/very low in any of the micro nutients.You may be very high in potassium.
