Is it a waste of good humic and kelp to apply it in the fall, as well as the spring?

You can gain using Humic acid in the fall which will increase your CEC for next year. But Kelp would be a waste.

Put down the kelp right before the plant gets out of the hooperZ....when you till your cover in. ThatZ when to add it for best results.....
