Got my soil test back....they classified my soil as sandy loam. Five years ago it 100% white clay. Can this be right?

If you've added lots of ammendments, including sand for drainage and under pumpkins, then yes, you could have sandy loam on top. the original clay can also hold a significant amount of sand before it loses the clayey properties.
