            | cojoe | Colorado | The first one says your organic matter is 6%-which is good. Youre real low in boron,3.5 ppm would be ideal. You also need to supplement k+ during the season.Try to get your ph down to 7.2. | 4/17/2014 1:35:28 PM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | I forgot to add the organic matter in the second part. Sorry :( | 4/17/2014 5:20:11 PM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | I was thinking of adding 20-25lbs of sulfur per 1000sqft to help low the pH. | 4/17/2014 5:23:40 PM |

            | cojoe | Colorado | add 15 lbs and get a test this fall | 4/17/2014 5:59:30 PM |

            | Bry | Glosta | did you lime recently? your Mg and Ca are silly high and your K is low. and the 7.7ph leads me to belive you limed recently and got a hot spot test. if not you have some work to do. | 4/19/2014 2:39:01 AM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | I have not add any lime at all. My pumpkin patch are two 20'x30' rental garden plots. | 4/19/2014 3:03:04 PM |

            | Bry | Glosta | did you use chicken manure? | 4/20/2014 5:48:59 PM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | No, I have not used chicken manure. I have been gardening in the same plots for 3 years. The manure used was composted horse manure and will use some this year. Also, today I applied 24lbs of Espoma Organic Soil Acidifier - helps lower pH and will not burn plants. It was spread evenly across my pumpkin patch and planting sites. I also applied some Milorganite, but not at planting sites and applied 6 bags of composted bagged manure from Menards at planting sites. | 4/20/2014 9:17:35 PM |

            | subwaypanther1 | Harrisville, Pa | I would not add more than 5lbs of ag sulfure (90%) a 1000 square ft. It's always easier to add something than it is to get it out of the soil. | 4/21/2014 6:23:35 AM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | Espoma Organic Soil Acidifier only has 30% sulfur and does not burn. | 4/22/2014 3:58:12 PM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | How much borax should I add to raise boron from 0.5ppm to 3.5ppm? | 4/26/2014 6:32:46 PM |

            | So.Cal.Grower | Torrance, Ca. | One spoon full. | 4/26/2014 7:02:26 PM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | My pumpkin patch is 1200 sq ft. | 4/26/2014 8:37:43 PM |

            | cojoe | Colorado | 733 grams of borax. | 4/26/2014 11:36:57 PM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | How much is 733 grams of borax? | 4/27/2014 9:33:54 AM |

            | cojoe | Colorado | 454 grams to a pound | 4/27/2014 3:49:38 PM |

            | So.Cal.Grower | Torrance, Ca. | 24 and a half medium size spoon fulls. | 4/27/2014 4:02:19 PM |

            | Christopher24 | aurora, IL | Thanks! | 4/28/2014 9:20:54 AM |
