My recommendations sheet tells me to add 2.3 lbs of nitrogen per 1000 sq ft 4.5 lbs of phosphate 5 lbs of potash .5 lbs of sulfur 70 lbs of dolomite lime
I got the lime I don't know if I should try the poundage in urea for the nitrogen, bone meal for the phos, and kelp for the pot.
or should I just get a general like 10-20-20 or something along those lines, I would like to get it in soon and am looking for some advice I will also be adding compost.

First, I would get your pH right. So add your limestone.
Then try to get your nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium through good quality slow release ammendments. Composts, organic ferts, Greensand, sulpomag, kelp meal, etc. I would add these prior to planting and then again before the plants start to really fill out.
