I got back my report and am trying to interpret the results. Everything was green but there still is a list of amendments suggested.
I assume I don't buy each of these individually (beyond say Lime), so what do people recommend? I also have seasoned horse manure - would this be a better option than a nitrogen fertilizer, for example?
Pounds per 1000 sqft Nitrogen 3.1 Potash 2.1 Sulfur 1.2 Lime 10
Ounces per 1,000 sqft Manganese 3.3 Copper .3 Boron .2

I dunno how others are getting their STRs (Soil Test Report)s into their diaries as 'PDF-looking' JPGs, but if you could look into getting yours as that from the Lab and/or snapping a pic of it, and getting it onto your desktop, going to 'Grower Diaries' and at the top right selecting 'Submit to your own Diary (New!)' and going through the motions of filling in the blanks, then, others would have a graphic view of your Soil Report and therefore better input for any replies. Failing that, I'd expect that the manure having been NOT applied already would affect the Report and I would myself look through Google for a granular fertilizer that has the depicted elements in those concentrations at that recommended rate. I AM NO EXPERT. I AM PRETENDING TO BE ON AN ISLAND WITH NO ONE TO ASK BUT MYSELF; What would I do? Lime = Powdered for quick uptake by the soil to be amended. (10 pounds per 1000 SF); That's as far as I'm going with it because although I'd figure the rest out maniacally, I'll not misguide you any further, lol! Plus, I spent as much time as I would on my own lack of finding what I seeketh as on my own in the past, lol. In any event, do the Diary thing and others will assist you from there. Finding a X-X-X with Sulfur and the rec'd Micronutrients is what my goal would be ...on pumpkinpal2 Island. Purhaps I'l lern heer also. eric g

Manganese sulfate Copper sulfate Potassium sulfate Urea
You can get them on amazon in the quantities you're looking for.
Borax at the grocery store.
The old horse manure is a good option too.

Eventually you will end up buying a lot of different products. Andy is one of the best so try his advice then get a tissue test maybe to see if things are working as well as u hope they will. There's other all-in-one fertilizer options too and some of these would likely work well also.
Wood ash plus ammonium sulfate... might check a few of those items off your list. Boron and copper and manganese are in the blue fertilizers. I can't say anything more or I'll get in trouble.

I recommend urea, cal nitrate ,ammonia nitrate for early season nitrogen when your soil is cool in spring. A little goes a long way so its better to error on the light side. Nitrogen is very important and its hard to get right.
