This is good stuff that starts to work instantly. Im going to apply it in the spring, I would apply now but the flooding will just wash it way anyways

That was a really interesting article. I wonder if there is anymore info out there on how it reacts with other soils? It said that greensand helps sandy soils; would there be any point in using it in clay soils? Or would it duplicate some of the clay soil's properties?

Trace minerals are generally found in four products that are similar. They are: New Jersey Greensand, Texas Greensand, Ironite and Azomote as sold by Fretrell. Each of these may be minutely different than each other. I use about 10 lbs of one Spring and Fall of each year alternating when I remember that I may better the program using a different choice from year to year.

I doubt that they would be anything but re-mineralization in any soil make up because the need is so small.
