is your Potassium really 2993 if so it is way off the chart Potassium should match Calcium 1:7

WoW. I'll wagetr this report is in Pounds Per Acre & not PPM (Parts Per Million). Is this right?

You still need to raise the Calcium without altering pH.

Lots of Gypsum.

We have a store in Lexington. Looks to be about 45 miles from you. Don't go there. I checked their inventory on Gypsum & they're out.
