Thanks Clinton. 2 days ago the main news paper in Melbourne had heard that I had grown Australians largest Marrow so they wanted to do a story on it. I told them I also have a big pumpkin that is a new Victorian record of 385.1 kg beating the old record by 128 kgs so they came out to take photos and film it straight away. I thought it would be just a little article but it was on the front page and also another photo and a story on page 7!! The phones started ringing at 6:00 am and stopped at 8:30 pm I must have had over 50 calls. So far 2 film crews have come out 1 more is coming on sunday, radio stations from 3 states had me on air. My pumpkin was on a least 10 diffrent tv shows that I know of, and it was on the news in 4 diffrent states. It was unbelievable just because 1 paper found out. It is a very nice looking pumpkin too. I will put some photos in my diary later. Cheers Phillip

Thanks John. My mate lives in the top of New South Wales, I live near Melbourne. I was talking to him a few days ago his big one collapsed, I think that a mouse ate a hole in it from under the pumpkin as he said there was a mouse nest under the pumpkin.I would have loved to know how much it would have weighed. So he harvested his other pumpkin it weighed 461 kgs, he said it went about 5% light. Cheers phillip
