hi everyone, i have just started growing giant pumpkins, yes i have the bug;i grew two pumpkins last season, and put them in the kyogle pumpkin comp. my biggest went 361 kg and the second went200kg. i am really happy with the results and eagerly await next season. i would just like to thank everyone who helped me and gave me plenty of great advice;i couldn't believe how big they grew.===definately addictive;;;

Hi Caveman, congratulations on your efforts and fantastic weights ...Where do you grow from and which seed did you grow?.. You must be way north as conditions where not the best here in Tassie... Do you have any pics of your pumpkins to post on here?. Good luck for next season also. We are looking forward to this season as some of my sort after products are arriving now.. Cheers Speedy..

hi speedy,caveman here;mate i am in northern n.s.w. inland from lismore.i grew a northrup 1238lbs from dills in america.i did get a lot of help from a couple of friends. we are getting a bit of a pumpkin community around here, and are all looking forward to next season, i have allready got my seeds for next year.i'm not real good on these computers, when i find out how too, i will put a couple of photo's on.regards caveman
