I can arrange for conference meeting space at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, with a catered lunch, the third Sunday in February.
The room would be approx. $135-$165, and lunch, + all beverages, per person would be approx. $20. These monies would need to be paid in advance of the meeting. I'm looking for a roll call of all who are interested and willing to commit to paying up-front.
It looks as if I'll be unable to personally attend, but I'm willing to finalize the arrangements and see if possibly another grower would take the lead in setting things up there at the site. I'm a graduate student and have a conflict with a school-related obligation during that same weekend, and of course, my studies come first.
