I am in Central Virginia (Farmville) and was just wondering if there are any other growers on this site from Virginia. Does anyone know of a weigh-off location in or around Virginia?

Hey Mark
Very FEW of us.
The State Fair Of Virginia.
they have what they call
The search for the GREAT PUMPKIN.
Weigh-off in noon on the 24th Sept.
check in time for the weigh-off is
9-10 that morning.I think they had about
20 pumpkins last year.
The top 10 will recieve Rosettes.
top 5 money!!!
Tim Herring the pumpkin king of Virginia seems to
win every year he broke the State Record last year
913lb.I like to see Tim break 1000lb mark this year.
I was lucky to win 5th place last year dont think ill come close this year.bad year.
Bryan Saylor had the best lookin pumpkin i have ever seen.
Good Morning America bought his pumpkin at the fair and
flew his pumpkin to the set of GMA.
Hope to meet you at the Fair.
