Welcome to BP,,,best group of people on the internet, and I mean that. You have a question,,just ask, you will get an answer. I am very proud to call everyone here my friend and they will help you with anything. I live in South Georgia also. Cairo, to be exact and Doug Adams lives in Carrolton GA. If we can help in anyway drop us an email. This is my first year growing, along with my 12 yr old son. Just hang out, make some friends and make yourself at home!

This thread looks like the foundation of the Georgia Giant Pumpkin Growers Assoc.
Smaller clubs don't need to incorporate if there is no money handled. A handfull of GA growers can easily start holding occasional lunch meetings to swap ideas & press the flesh. It makes holding patch tours easier too since there will be fewer destinations.
Now that I think about it, there were a couple of fedgling Southeast Grower's Associations. Are any of them still active? If so, the GA Growers can ally themselves with one of them or just go it alone.
