Hey now I'm not advocating frivolous wasting of water in these perilous times, but... just for your info:
Irrigation of a personal vegetable garden is still legal in all of Georgia. Even feeding my plant all of the water it wants, I'll probably have the lowest water bill in the neighborhood. I'll be using drip irrigation mostly. I think the real threat is that in order to be considered a vegetable garden, I might end up having to eat the darn thing.
