hey there, i,m looking for sc growers to get some info as to how you cope with heat and other conditions around here,,

Cope with the heat? Aint going to happen.
Deal with the pests? Good luck.
Fight off the ground hogs? How much time you got.
Prevent the mildew? Not this century.
Ever hear of Plectosporium? You will.
Block summer thunderstorm winds? Prepare to go "Nesbitt"
Foil Deep South humidity? Move North.
Deter curious, over zealous neighbors? Do you have stock in your local liquor store.
Retain family relationships during the season. Not likely.
Ability to treat this as just another hobby? Uh, yeah.
Extend the fruit growth days? If I knew that, the state record would be 1000+
Compete on a national level? Go grow watermelons.
Circumventing clumsy grower errors? No end in sight.
