I started or should i say soaked seeds today! Just my own practicing for harder to get seeds. 4/20 is my big day! Anyway my experiment goes? #1 warm water, #2 seaweed extract , #3 Coconut milk,,,, Thats right! (A drill works best) ??? Each lot has about 20seeds, I didnt want everyone to know, Just my green friends.. All will get the same conditions soil etc.. I also confess of being a sander & picker! DBH

Curious as to the theoretical benefits of coconut milk? 1st time I've ever heard that one. Peace Wayne

Ok it was a WIVESTAIL of a fellow employee who tells a good story? A customer overheard the conversation, and went on her way. Several weeks later returning to so her thoughts & experiments showed a huge or greater success with all her samples I did try it on a select few seeds, With the numbers of seeds inm starting its not ffeasable but for someonne growing 1 or 2 and have multiple seed, try it yourself.

May not be an old wives tale at all! Ground hulls are known to contain growth hormones and stimulants. So Coconut Milk may indeed have traces, of the same. Some feel the ground hulls are the best quality seed starting medium out there.

Never just thought about this....however when we crack a coconut the milk goes in the waste food collection can for the compost pile.
