Okay, this is just a quick post, copy and paste, of the the email that was just sent out referring to Curt's great idea of an open discussion here on BP.com

"I am free this Saturday and think this is a great idea. I will sit down and put together a punch list of items that people have brought up in email and on BP.com for us to go over. Let us finalize a committee, decide on dues and some of these core issues. I will try and keep the conversation moving as to not get bogged down on one topic and end the night saying 'Did we resolve anything?' I have a great sample newsletter that has been emailed to me as well as some great ideas for sponsership, club goals... you name it.



Before hand, please take a few moments to jot down some things you would like to see us discuss. This is an improtant time as now the newness has worn off and we can really get an idea of how much people want to see this venture succeed. Get your thinking caps on everyone.



Thank you and hope to see everyone in chat on BP.com at 8:00 EST, and for those of us west coasters... I think its like 5:00 or so.."

I would love to see everyone there if you can spare the time. If you are unable and would like your voice heard on a topic, shoot me an email and I will bring it up to those who are able to attend.

may i suggest for the sake of organization and purpose that you might consider a pre-listed agenda? by doing so the meeting should be more organized without going off topic .
