This is TRULY TRULY way more than what I had expected. I am so very moved by everyones help and generosity. I cant go into word that could express it anymore. The people that have helped if there was and is ANYTHING!! I could ever do to help you I will do my DAMNDEST. The work you have done and the anguish we went through leading up to this and how much it means to me and MOST IMPORTANTLY the people of HAITI is insermountable. So again I thank Ken D.,Tom Privetera, John Vincent, Thad Starr, Eddy Z YOU GUYS ROCK and I am real happy to have teamed up with an awesome group for the cause. The seed donators HOLY CRAP!!! The donations obivously were awesome and as I had said before when I put it out there you growers stepped up and really blew me away with what I thought I would be lucky to get even half of these I got all but 2 seeds. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. The bidders again OH MY GOSH!! Coming up and bidding like this I dont think it will ever sink in. I think the donation may appear small in the grand sceme of things but for all of us to pull together and raise this kinda $$$ for those people THANK YOU!!!

Ron,,,Congratulation on a successful auction for the help of funds for the people/kids of Haiti!!

One of the best line up of seeds I have ever seen on one pdf form!

And a awesome job done by Ron, Vince, Eddy, Thad, Ken D (and sorry if I forgot someone) and to all the donators of seeds, and also to the growers who bought and paid big money for seeds that they usually wouldn't have paid that much at a regular auction, no doubt they had helping Haiti in mind!

And congrats also goes out for just the people who showed up to support one another even if you didnt buy any seeds! Because believe me with just you being there really showed the support to the growers that was buying seeds.

I havent had that much fun at a auction in years, growers where all in high spirits and it showed. Very very fun ''and funny'' auction indeed! lol. Tom, that extra 1450 lot that Pap threw in was priceless to watch, Funnest thing I have seen at a auction in a long time, you really had me laughing out loud thats for sure! ha!!

One last thing,,,
They couldn't have picked a better person out there then to be the auctioneer of all them great seeds, Tom Privita! You my friend was not only funny as hell but also have one of the biggest hearts I have ever seen in this sport of growing. The surprise seed lot of the 1450 Wallace that was added by pap, and then with all the seeds that was then being added about every 30 seconds while people was bidding was priceless to watch,,hahaha!

Since you all have helped Haiti out, maybe its time to show our support back to one another again (which we do already), But how about we show Tom Privita our appreciation and help him with a little cause of his own, and thats order your pumpkin supplies from his great site when ever you can, its the least we could do for a fellow grower/friend that is a great asset to this pumpkin growing community. Lets show our support back to him and his web site when ever we need a supply or two, or three,,lol!

I agree with Brooks....it was a fantastic auction. Many thanks to all of you who put yourself out there to organize and run it. This donation will be a reflection on all giant pumpkin growers. Its probably not too late for those who weren't at the auction to make a paypal donation. Maybe Ron can chime in and let us know. And lets not forget Erin's special spark that added to the fun!!!

Hey Steve, log into Paypal, or create an account. Once you get there click the Send Money button located at the top of the page. On the Send Money page enter Ron's email in the "TO" window. Enter the amount of $ you want to send in the "Amount" window and select USD-U.S.Dollars.

This procedure also works if anyone wishes to donate money to the Haiti Auction if they weren't lucky enough to purchase a seed.
