It was brought to my attention that the CT auction had a fruit and a pollinator not listed as DMG . These factors can be importing in determing decisions to plant a seed or not. There are some great examples of splitters out there. I thank the grower who pointed this out to me.

Which seed are you talking about? Surely it is buyer beware is it not? In that, if the buyer bids he has done the research that makes him want that seed?

Phil, that's a horrible way to think. I would like to think all pumpkin growers will be honest and forthcomming with all pertinent information on their pumpkins and seeds. Yes do your research but I hope we have people of quality in this sport. Scott
