People get very excited at auctions and often buy expensive or multiple lots. The next day they realize they spent too much and probably experience buyers remorse. If you bid at auction it is your responsiblity to purchase what you have bidded on. My view in general is that most pumpkins growers are great people with strong morals. If you buy YOU MUST PAY !!!! THE CTGSS&PGA will go to all lengths to assure payment.

Wayne part of me agrees with you but there are a LOT more auctions & this might be a good way to nip it in the butt so it won't happen again. With all the user names on BP I'm shocked it doesn't happen a lot. Someone going in with the sole intention of screwing things up. I've always wondered why you don't need a verified account ( everyone knowing exactly who you are) before your able to bid on a lot.

David, & huffs...as I understand awl this fawlderawl...it happens every year....sometimes it's mistakes and/or computer failures!!! Sometimes it's just idiots trying to cause problems!!! Every once in a while it's a scam artist trying to take advantage of an incredible group of pkn growers!!! What I don't understand, is...if the same name comes up year after year...why isn't it published? Peace, Wayne
