I am on my desktop also. I get the same message and a blank page when I go to the pgpga.com site and click on the 2020 seed auction button. Tried it on my phone and got "cannot open the page because the server cannot be found" message. Same thing on my laptop.

going to the pgpga.com site and clicking on seed auction still works for me. I am running on a Mac with OS Catalina. On my Iphone 6 it always works.
