Compost Tea:Soil Soup quick facts, cons:Tends to favor the production of anaerobic bacteria and very little if any fungi.Biggest downfall is the lack of scientific test results posted on their web-site.But it is hard to argue with grower success...My question is what scientific tests led to this conclusion of the production anaerobic bacteria and very little if any fungi..thanks jpowers

Take a look at....
http://www.soilfoodweb.com/03_about_us/approach_pgs/c_03a_aerated_tea.html
This is where I gathered some of my information for this article.
There is a lot of information that I tried to summurize in a short article. Basically the type of brewer system Soil-Soup uses and the material selected for the tea bag tend to produce anaerobic bacteria. Fungi can get caught in the tea bag and never make it into the tea.
Let me know if you have any further questions. Also, I am in the process of compiling Part II, which should also be a good read.
Thank you for your interest in my article.
