Brewing my first batch of tea. Making about 20 gllons, used 3 cups alfalpha pellets, 3 cups worm castings, 1/2 cup seaweed powder, 1/2 cup fish powder, and 1 cup molasses. Keeping temp at 75 degrees, had foam after 12 hours, still brewing for I planned on about 3 days total. But how do you know when it's done?

At 75 degrees, with plenty o oxygen, it will prbly be done before 3 days, way before. Once it has developed a foam, and the liquid is fairly clear, looking like a weak tea, it is done. No pro here, jmho....Peace, Wayne
