Does anyone have a simple compost tea recipe? It would be much apreciated.

Check out mainepumpkins.com. Under MISC. click on Homemade Fish & Seaweed. It is a very good article for someone starting out. All I use is compost, worm castings, alfalfa pellets and molasses. I make 5 gallons every 48 hours. Good luck!
