I have a soil soup brewer that I'm going to brew 25 gallons for the first time. And was wondering if I mix it in my 300 gallon tank of water can I run it threw my dripp lines and not clog them up I want to do this as a soil drench not overhead . My other option would be to hook up a pump and water under the leaves by hand witch would take a lot of time, Im doing 14 plants so time is a factor but I wouldn't want to take the chance of cloging up the dripp line and having to replace them. If any one has done it this way or any opinion would be appreciated. I'm planing on doing this once a month.

Quinn,,,from my experiences with tea and drip lines I think you will spend far more time filtering/straining the brew than it's worth. Not really sure of the soil soup but my "home mades" have alot of particulate that will definately plug drip lines,,,I use the utility pump and a fan nozzle on the hose to do the drenches if you apply say 5-10 gallons per plant of 50/50 dilute tea and then drip it in there may be the answer,,,,

it should work if you have a fine filter (200 mesh) between your tank and your drip system. But I don't know what kind of effect a filter would have on the pressure of your system... or how often you'd have to clean the filter.
I have pressurised secondary water system (river water delivered in pipes by the city- coursely filtered) at my house that I run thorugh a fine filter and then out through misters onto the patch. I haven't had any cloging problems. I have an amaid filter from dripworks:

I saw some similar filters the other day at Home Depot.
if you get one you want to go with stainless steel mesh.

I use soil soup(6 1/2 gal) but I just spray it on the plant and the ground. I do water the soil and plants first before I spray the soil soup. I think Chip dilutes 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 sprays it on with his foger. When you dilute it like that I would guess you would have water first. When you spray it like that you can cover a lot more area 500 to 1000 square feet a gallon. I can't tell you yet how it is doing because I am also using Agro K for the first time along with the soil soup. I will say I am not having any problems with my tomatoes that I did last year and I credit that to the soil soup.

small correction. When you dilute with water I don't think you have to water first instead you could just spray directly with fogger.

Not only is straining a problem, but you'll get biofilm buildup in your drip lines. Don't do it...it's not worth the hassle.
