I use electrolysis for getting rust off of metal objects. I suppose that blasting hydrogen out of water would yield a higher O2 water.

Ah what would electrocuting the biology do......lol? I have used electromagnetics to remove particles and ionize the water for filtration......Then their is also the possibility of using ozone (03) to increase the O2 level in the water ....hmmm might have to try that......I have a few of those left...either way testing would be necessary to see what life the tea may have or have not.
