is it possible to mix some calcium with the compost tea and then applie this mix on to the leaves? Maybe the calcium kills the bacteries?? It would save time...Anyone tried this?

I understand that many growers mix calcium products with their tea. I don't think there are any negitive effects from this!

I haven't heard anything either way. I know that we add bio-amendments like fish hydrolysate, kelp, and humic acids after brewing so as to apply everything in one application. There is some calcium content in the fish, though I'm not sure what adding a high level of fish would do to the biology.
