Is anyone changing their tea recipe for the final weeks of growth. I was thinking of something with higher levels of k to help gain lbs. Can I add some Nutri-Aid 0-52-34 at the end of the brew cycle?
I'm only looking for 300 pounds :o)

I wouldn't add that to the tea personally, as I'm thinking it could damage the organisms. Typically with organic gardening (I realize you pumpkin guys are a little more specialized), I wouldn't recommend a fertilizer over 10-10-10. Anything that is not organic, or high salt, will damage the organisms in your tea and in the soil.

I personally would not even add any organic fertilizer where in the total addition of the NPK number values exceeded 10. My old stand by is 4-2-4.

Thanks Tad and Doc. I will just finish up the season with the same recipe I've been using. I'm going to beat my personal best with 4 pumpkins this year. I believe compost tea has help a lot. Good to see you post Doc. I hope all is well with you.
